·Managing and leading the product development department in a multi process multi product environment

· Managing, controlling and coordination of the product development process for new product development

· Leading the continuous improvement of existing products in respect of manufacturing process, output, costs, rework and efficiency

· Controlling of the product development time lines and improve on the overall development time

· Supporting the technical development of existing employees

Requirements

· At least 15 years experience in metal industry holding a senior position in a sizeable operation for the last 10 years

· Experience in functional hardware / houseware manufacturing industry with high quality stainless steel manufacturing processes experience

· Experience in high quality stainless steel product development in combination with other materials like plastic, glass or ceramic

· Degree holder or above in engineering disciplines

· Language: Written and spoken Cantonese, English. Mandarin speaking

· Hands on approach

· Based in China
