Requirements: - Registered Architect with 6 years experience in managing design development, design documentation and detailing, issuing Architect's Instruction and Project Administration;
- As Resident Architect responsible for Mixed Commercial / Exhibition Projects in Pazhou;
- Experience in the development and management of large-scale, multi-faceted infrastructure and mixed-use development projects;
- Able to work independently and a good communicator;
- Able to take lead in Site Meetings with different parties and resolve technical problems on site;
- Experience in PRC will be an advantage;
- Experience in Exhibition / Hotel / Office projects will be an advantage;
- Experience as RA will be an advantage;
- Ability to speak Cantonese and Putonghua and / or English will be an advantage.
The right candidate would be employed in term contract for the period of 24 months (To be extended as required).
