Our client is a leading luxury brand of perfumes and cosmetics. They are looking for a Marketing Manager for the Hong Kong operation. Report to: Marketing Director Main Duties and Responsibilities: - To develop, co-ordinate and implement the marketing strategies
- To be responsible for all promotional and publicity activities, which includes media planning, brand publicity, public relation.
- To meet the market share and business growth target.
- To develop brand strategies for specific products.
- To be responsible for new product launches.
- To effectively communicate and coordinate with different internal and external parties so as to ensure excellent execution of marketing/ brand building initiatives.
- To meet brand and sales volume target by effective advertising and promotion strategies.
- To supervise and control the implementation of daily advertising and promotion strategies.
- To ensure all marketing and promotion activities are carried out effectively within budget.
- To conduct regular market analysis, trend analysis and competitors analysis.
- To prepare and present marketing-related reports to senior management.
Skills and Attributes Requirements: - A highly dynamic individual who is able to meet business objectives.
- Analytical-mined, strategic thinking with strong business sense.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Outstanding organizing and planning skills.
- A good team player
Business Experience Requirements: - Minimum 8 years' experience in Luxury Brand.
- Experience in perfumes and cosmetics products is an advantage, but not a must.
- Solid experience in managing marketing/ promotion campaigns, PR/ media planning and brand building.
- Strong experience and ability of people management.
Academic and Language Requirements: - University Degree Holder in any discipline.
- High proficiency in both English and Chinese.
