Recruitment Officer

We are looking for a RECRUITMENT OFFICER who can assist our continued business expansion and development. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute recruitment strategies and initiatives to recruit financial consultants

  • Identify and expand recruitment channels to enhance recruitment activities and results

 

Requirements:

  • University degree holder(local University Graduate preferred)

  • Minimum 3 years experience within the recruitment industry preferably covering banking and finance sector 

  • Possess a strong candidate database

  • Computer literate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willing to take up aggressive recruitment targets and goals

  • A high level of personal integrity and business ethics

We offer excellent remuneration package: basic monthly income + attractive incentive bonus.
