Reporting to General Manager, the Head of Marketing will be the key driver of all marketing activities. He/she is responsible for specific marketing functions include brand advertising and communication, public relations, events, marketing communication collaterals, media planning and negotiation, joint promotions.The Head of Marketing will be in charged of the marketing team to produce marketing and promotional materials and provide direction on presenting our edge and differentiator and explore new campaign ideas and media channels to broaden our market. He / She will also need to work closely with the sales team to ensure sales efforts are seamlessly integrated for the bigger benefit of the company. Requirements: - Degree holder, marketing or business major an advantage but not essential; - Minimum 8 years of marketing experience in service or retail industry. PR or advertising agency - experience a definite advantage; - Experience in managing a small team; - A team leader as well as a team player; - Number sensitive and analytically minded; - Think holistically - Fluent in both Chinese and English.
