Main tasks :✦ Filling clientˇ¦s application, renewal and policy documents ✦ Daily scanning of incoming mails ✦ Outdoor work required ✦ Provide clerical support to the administration department Requirements : ✦ At least 1 years relevant experience ✦ Stable and well organized ✦ Ability to work in fast paced environment ✦ Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in an intercultural environment in English ✦ Good PC knowledge of Word, Excel and database functions ✦ Fluent in spoken and written English & Cantonese ✦ Available immediately
