Responsibilities: - Lead a small team and drive for relative marketing operations and initiate measures to continuously enhance the business efficiency;
- Drive for above-the line and below-the-lines marketing strategies and activities;
- Handle all marketing activities on customer acquisition, retention, churn prevention and management for existing or potential consumer customers;
- To identify the right target market segments to sell to in related to consumer telecom services like mobile broadband, home residential lines and IDD etc.
- Work closely and diligently with business partners e.g. content providers in getting the best commercial terms for the company;
- Closely monitor market pricing and offerings to ensure market competitiveness and profitability of the respective products / services;
- Keep tracking of market intelligence, market development trend and feedback for individual lines, track business performance and analyse customer usage / profile data to derive appropriate marketing plans and programs;
- Responsible for business planning, budgeting, partnership negotiation, marketing strategy, product development and channel management;
- Identify customer differentiated needs, understand business performance by analyzing business data and propose appropriate measures;
- Initiate ideas for product and service enhancement to improve overall business and individual product-line performance;
- Drive businesses with different marketing campaigns.
Requirements: - University graduate with major in Marketing, Business Studies, Communications or relevant disciplines;
- Minimum 8 year experience with focus on telecom consumer marketing a must and with more than 3 years at marketing driver with broadband, residential lines and IDD services to consumer or mass market segment;
- Possess strong ownership, entrepreneurial working style and be responsible for the P&L of the business assigned;
- Able to manage multi-tasks, highly self-motivated and attentive to details;
- Familiar and sensitive to the change and market trend of consumer behaviour on the telecom service requirements.
- Strong creativity, leadership and inter-personal skills;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
