Our client a multinational chemical client is seeking an aggressive sales manager: Responsibilities: - Overall responsibility of new business sales opportunities for the electronic plating industry in Hong Kong and Southern China
- Establish and maintain good relationships with key accounts
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and formulate sales strategies and action plans to maximize company revenues and profitability
- Identify, qualify, develop and manage opportunities effectively through to sales closed
- Supervise a small team of sales and technical support staff
- Based in Hong Kong with frequent travel in South China
Requirements: - University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering disciplines
- Minimum 8 years hands on sales experience within the Connector and IC / Leadframe industry
- Familiar with Electronic Coatings and Precious Metal Plating processes
- Solid technical sales experience working with global clients
- Excellent presentation and sales management skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
