Job Responsibilities

• Drive a functional team of systems engineers throughout the Asia region to promote consistency and integrity
  

• Administer and troubleshoot file servers, application servers, Active Directory, patch management, user accounts and security
  

• Administer and maintain performance of different storage systems (SAN, NAS, FS)
  

• Administer and maintain performance of different backup systems (Netbackup, ArcServe, Microsoft DPM)
  

• Administer and maintain performance of Antivirus system (Microsoft ForeFront Client Security Suite)
  

• Respond to critical business problems
  

• Perform regular monitoring and tuning of systems performance
  

• Support for all systems hardware, ensuring faulty equipment is repaired in a timely manner according to SLA policies
  

• Work closely with the Asian regional offices to ensure all enquiries and problems are promptly dealt with according to SLA policies

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related subjects;
  

• At least 7 years experience in administering and trouble-shooting Windows Servers, Active Directory, Storage and Backup Systems
  

• Sound knowledge in networking (Cisco Switch, security setting, IP networking)
  

• Able to work diligently under SLA with proper Change Control procedures
  

• Holder of 2003 MCSE; and
  

• Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
