Being one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations, this prominent company is now hiring. Few new openings are available now for those credible and experienced Relationship Manager candidates. You will join a newly established team in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) of the Global Banking (GB) business organization. As the Associate Director, you will report to the Director of the FIG and your key responsibilities will include the below listed:

• Relationship Management or Account Management function handling a portfolio of financial institutions which trade Treasury, Credits and Global Markets (GM) related products with the Bank in HK
• Ensure/identify new business and marketing opportunities are consistent with overall GB and GM markets strategy.
• In your initial first 6 months, you will spend time on internal maintenance – leveraging the existing accounts, working closely with GM products team to refine the models, cross-sell/market, and more in clients facing gradually
• Manage a small team of Relationship Managers (Associate or Analyst) ensuring client and sector business planning, revenue monitoring, balance sheet utilization, deal pipeline/ priority transaction planning.
• Ensure an appropriate operational and credit risk management functions for the clients of this newly established transaction client team are in place
• Provide effective day-to-day support and service to clients in assigned portfolio and establish strong relationships with key individuals in the client's management team.
• Monitor/undertake the preparation of client due diligence, credit proposal, reviews and proper follow-up (of trading utilization) in a timely manner.

To be considered, you will demonstrate the following required TECHNICAL SKILLS, CAPABILITIES and ATTRIBUTES:

• University degree holder in business administration / finance / accounting
• Profound and robust 8+ years of 'banking relationship management' experience; licensed to sell SFC regulated products.
• Very good knowledge of Global Market products-Treasury products and credit concepts
• Proven ability to work with a wide range of people and cultures, often within tight deadlines and under pressure, within a dynamic/quality team
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin Chinese/Putonghua ability is strongly referred.
• Very independent, energetic and analytical (good credit analysis skills) experience
