Our client, an International company with over 20 offices globally and servicing more than 10-12000 clients is the leader in Australasia and ranged among the top 2 -3 globally. They are urgently recruiting for a Branch Manager to drive sales predominantly and service the corporate market, mainly large multinational market and large local Hong Kong companies in addition to managing a team of 4 employees in sales and account servicing. This incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the signing up new clients which will involve managing and building the sales team too. The Branch Manager will be focusing on her own sales which entails contacting prospective clients and convincing them to use the firm's services. Prospective clients would be the large Hong Kong corporates and MNC's. The incumbent will be drafting a strategy and implementing the agreed strategy to achieve business growth which would include overall responsibility for the business, its performance, client service and the solving of problems and issues. The Branch Manager must be able to motivate staff, set targets and monitor all their performances. She/he must be a problem solver. The candidate must be a Degree holder with preferably a post-qualification qualification, around 7 - 10 years work experience energetic and self-motivated, speak fluent to native English, experience in managing a small team of 2 - 4 sales professionals, good leader and open-minded with experience in driving sales in any industry, preferably recruitment, professional services or any industry where-in she/he has dealt with corporates. 5 days work, good benefits commensurate with the industry and an attractive commission structure are part of the package.Please contact Divya Sadarangani in case of any queries on 35529128.
