Office Administration Manager

Responsibilities:

- Supervise various activities relating to office security and office administration, e.g. office renovation, relocation, procurement and supplies, maintenance and repair, bulk mailing and fixed assets management, etc.

- Co-ordinate with external parties, such as building management offices, service contractors for various projects

- Review and update procedures/operating manuals of office administration to cope with current operational needs

- Be proactive to propose possible changes for operational efficiency

- Supervise and provide training as well as coaching to sub-ordinates

Requirements:

- Degree holder in business related discipline or equivalent

- Min. 8 years relevant experience and 5 of which at supervisory level

- Good communication, negotiation and planning skills

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

- Experience in facilities management, project management, office system enhancement, office renovation, management of in-house printing job and bulk mailing will be an advantage
