- Provides technical expertise in supporting system & storage solution

- Implement multi-vendor environments as part of a proof of concept engagement on Open systems and storage

- Perform daily system monitoring, helpdesk support and trouble shooting of Open systems and storage

- Documentation and housekeeping

- 7 x 24 standby support is required

Job Requirements:

- Diploma holder in IT related discipline

- Minimum 3 year solid experience on Open system and storage

- Experience with Network Attach Storage (NAS), Storage Area Networks (SAN), Fibre Channel and SCSI connectivity;

- Experience in pre-sales and support to sales team

- Analytical and good interpersonal and communication skills

- Certification on HP, NetApp, Brocade, Microsoft, is highly preferred

- Good knowledge in Windows, UNIX and Linux platform

- Proactive and initiative, able to complete job assignment independently with min supervision and meet tight deadline

- Good in English, Mandarin and Chinese
