Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing all M&E aspects of sizable residential development projects in Xian and Chengdu of PRC;
• With good knowledge of statutory submissions, building regulations and on-site workmanship controlling/monitoring of different stage of works from substructure to superstructure in PRC;
• To ensure the design and installation of E&M services are fully complied with the local rules and regulations and relevant standards in PRC;
• Liaise and coordinate with the M&E contractors on the various systems and supervise all testing and commissioning;
• Review tender reports on technical evaluation and make recommendations for design works of E&M packages.                                 

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer from a reputable university;
• Membership of relevant professional institutions required;
• Minimum 9 years' of solid experience in property projects with at least 5 years at management level in large property developers, contractors or consultancy firms;
• Familiar with PRC's building code and processes;
• PRC project experience is a must;
• Excellent communication skills and strong personalities;
• Proficiency in English and Chinese;
• Need to station in PRC.
