Responsibilities:

• To organize and execute sizable promotional and advertising campaigns on property development projects in Hong Kong and PRC;
• To liaise with advertising agencies for the implementation of Marcom activities in Hong Kong and PRC;
• Responsible for handling media relations and organizing press functions;
• Responsible for managing the PRC office’s route operation;
• To design and prepare the production of printed collateral, video and website etc.                       

Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, Media or relevant disciples;
• Minimum 10 years' of related experience with 2 years’ PRC experience in sizable property developers;
• Familiar with PRC's public relations and promotions practices;
• Excellent communication skills and strong personalities;
• Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese;
• Station in Hong Kong and regular travel to PRC is required.
