Responsibilities: - Responsible for the construction and optimization of Lead-To-Cash (LTC) quality management system, including quality organization, processes, tools and methodologies, to achieve leading practice and improve customer satisfaction continuously.
- Work as a senior expert within the quality area of contract analysis, delivery, installation, engineering procurement, etc., conduct RCA and develop action plan; responsible for relevant quality metrics designing and quality methodologies applying.
- Conduct quality strategy of relevant quality departments (including sales, marketing, supply chain and engineering procurement); monitor the achievement of quality metrics; responsible for management of major quality improvement actives in LTC or relevant areas.
Requirements: - Degree holder or above in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years experience in Network Vendor¡¦s field (marketing, supply chain and engineering procurement).
- Minimum 8 years experience for quality management system construction in multinational Network equipment or EE equipment companies.
- Extremely familiar with relevant areas (like sales, marketing, supply chain and engineering procurement) in telecom or EE manufacture companies, and good experience in industrial practice.
- Good experience of quality management system construction in LTC and relevant areas and quality culture deployment; good understanding of quality management; strong and solid knowledge of ISO9000/TL9000/TS16949, CMM/CMMI, Tick-IT, etc., and relevant quality methodologies, such as 6Sigma, SPC, FMEA, etc.
- Excellent in both written and spoken English / Chinese.
