Responsibilities:

• Review the application architecture for the company, and provide the improvement on the application architecture on schedule.
• With reference to the business strategy and plan of the company, induct the new ERP technology and application to support the business developing by the mature software package
• With reference to the business strategy and plan of the company and in combination with the development and practice of IT applications in the industry and IT status in the company, improve current system integration architecture within the organization.
• Participate in the business reengineering projects, induct the business requirements and support with IT technology to satisfy the business developing.
• In charge of the designing of blue print of the company’s ERP application support and the organizing of its implementation.
• Analyze possible problems in the application functional implementation, technical infrastructure, performance capability, stability and security synthetically, responsible for the optimizing scheme and its realization.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with more than 10 years of experience in the IT field.
• Over 8 years of work experience in ERP application architecture design and implementation, over 2 years of experience in application architecture in the global IT vendor or ERP related application vendors.
• Good experience in global ERP application implementation, support and architecture.
• Experienced in system integration between ERP and other application systems, familiar with well-rounded global application support architecture in other fields.
• Familiar with business operations, strong in piloting business requirements, be able to design and make solutions to meet business requirements.
• Able to complete the function and flow optimizing of ERP application and solve performance problems in complex applications.
• Design and make decision for technical scheme of ERP application projects.
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
