Responsibilities: - Establish and enhance corporationˇ¦s global Internet / Intranet architecture, design and implement applications / tools in alignment with global strategies and industrial practices;
- Plan and design global Web application based on business requirements and technology evolution;
- Establish and maintain Web development framework, policies, standards and common components based on Global Telecom industry's best practice;
Requirements: - Degree holder or above from IT, Computer Science or relevant disciplines;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT field with more than 5 years experience in Web application design and development in global IT / telecom corporations;
- Possesses solid experience on Web architecture and IT management;
- Good understanding of Web application and sharp sense for new technologies;
- Familiar with major Web application middlewares and experience in implementation or relevant applications.
