One of our clients is now seeking a strong finance management candidate to manage the group's finance and accounting function in support to the company's growth in the region. It's principally engaging in property development, construction, property management and related services in Greater China. Responsibilities & Requirements : You will be managing the accounting functions for the on-going provision of accounting, reporting and other financial services to the various businesses of the Group Reporting to the CFO, you will provide leadership of the group function focusing in real estate related business and align functional objectives with senior management Preparation of financial statements, regular managerial financial reports and to highlight trends and variances Provide effective financial analyses to reflect the financial status and issues related to the individual projects or businesses Implement adequate management processes and financial controls to support management of desirable financial results and to minimize financial risks Set up of efficient and flexible financing scheme for individual projects, and to maximize the Groupˇ¦s cashflow. Ensure compliance with respective company laws, listing rules and tax laws To be the departmentˇ¦s representative to coordinate with internal and external parties and serve as a authorized signers 15 years working experience with listed companies exposure. Ideally with 8 years in management role and in real estate or construction industries and or with project management companies exposure. Qualified accounting professional with a degree in accounting, finance and or related discipline Good command of spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is preferred but not a pre-requisite
