• Manage store daily operations
• Lead the sales staff to provide professional customer services, in order to achieve the sales target
• Coach and provide product and customer service training to staff 
• Manage the visual merchandising and inventory management
• Work closely with Retail Managers to enhance the brand image

Requirements

• F.7 or above with at least 4 years experience in retail industry
• Experience in fashion / Cosmetics/ skin care is preferred
• Exposure in luxury retail is a plus
• Solid experience in store operations, managing sales performance and training sales staff 
• Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin 
• A good team player with outgoing and self-motivate personalities
