Responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the incumbent is responsible for providing full spectrum of HR supports to the department. The support includes but not limits to compensation and benefit administration, recruitment and selection, staff activities as well as other HR related activities.
Requirements: - Degree holder in human resources management or equivalent
- 3-5 years solid hands-on experience in HR operation
- Well-versed in Labour Ordinance
- Experience in PRC HR and knowledge of PRC labour law is preferred
- Knowledge in using Human Resources Management System and MS office applications
- Initiative, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Experience in banking, insurance or financial planning industry would be an advantage
- Good command in written and spoken English & Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
