• At least 10 years of solid experience in Personnel & Administration, experience in PRC Manufacturing (Around 5,000 persons);



• Solid experience in managing a team of PRC Staff;

• Good experience in full range of HR Functions;


• Good knowledge in garment industry is a plus;


• Good communication skill in English and Mandarin;



• Willing to stay in PRC for 5 days a week.
