Our client is a Multi-nationall buying office. In view of their expanding businesses, they are inviting a professional for their merchandising division in Hong Kong. Job Requirements & Responsibilities ----------------------------------------------------------- - Responsible for product development, proactive sourcing and open new accounts to maintain market competitiveness;
- Manage and motivate a highly performing product Merchandising Team for prompt delivery of service;
- Take charge of all placements orders, pricing and production control related to price negotiation and delivery control;
- Enhance the merchandising process ensuring production can meet tight delivery schedule and good quality;
- Coordinate with Quality Team to get quality-oriented ideas for product development;
- Degree holder of Merchandising or related disciplines;
- Min. 5 years merchandising experience in FASHION ACCESSORIES (BAGS/SHOES/JEWELRY);
- Excellent people management skills in communication, coordination and overall controlling of the order process;
- Strong planning and organization skills with an analytical mind;
- Flexible and creative / innovative;
- Excellent communication skill in English and Mandarin.
