• University degree in related disciplines, preferably with professional qualifications in Purchasing or Supply Management• Minimum 5 yearsˇ¦ experience in the procurement field, with good sense of procurement control • Sound knowledge of supply markets, especially in IT equipment & services • Strong self-motivation, excellent communication and negotiation skills • Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Access • Good command of English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
