• Diploma /Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Engineering or equivalent;
  
• At least 5-10 years' relevant work experience in Soft Toys (Dolls / Dolls Accessories / Playset / Plush) with trading/ buying office and manufacturing experience;
  
• Experiences in OEM & ODM project management preferably in  Soft Toys field;
  
• Review the feasibility/ reliability of design;
  
• Able to handle projects from concept to production;
  
• Experience in product costing and production follow up;
  
• Provide technical trouble shooting in design, testing and manufacturing;
  
• Good communication skills with foreign designers / buyers;
  
• Be self-motivated and responsible;
  
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
