Main Duties:
· Monitor and review daily order profile and resources of different districts and regions;
· Use planning tools and interact with District Supervisors to maintain a well-balanced and efficient / effective distribution fleet;
· Build knowledge base on those good or common allocation practice;
· Provide recommendations to management for route or region enhancement;
· Monitor daily planning performance through preset Key Performance Indicators;
· Monitor delivery / non delivery rate and identify reasons for non delivery;
· Coordinate and prioritize ad-hoc requests.
Job Requirements:
· 5 years fleet management and supervisory experience;
· Experience in route planning is pre-requisite, preferably in Carboy / FMCG / F&Bbusiness;
· Good analytical, coordination and communication skills;
· Knowledge of PC application;
· Valid No. 18 driving license is an advantage;
· Able to communicate in spoken & written English and Cantonese.
