We are looking for a high caliber individual with solid background in human resources management to join our professional HR team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the General Manager, Human Resources, the successful candidate will be a senior member of the HR team with a key role in assisting in the formulation of the Authority's remuneration strategy in order to attract, reward, retain and properly motivate a high-calibre workforce as well as managing staff cost to achieve cost effective operations. As section head, s/he will lead a team in supporting the daily operation of the HR department, and will also be given responsibility for various aspects of the HR function, eg development and implementation of HR policies, research and analysis of market HR practices, benefits design and administration, payroll & taxation as well as other human resources projects.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related disciplines. S/he should be a HR generalist with over 10 years' senior managerial experience in human resources with a sizable organization. The candidate should be a strategic thinker and highly analytical. S/he should be well versed with employment related ordinances and employment practices in Hong Kong and the PRC. Apart from excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua, the candidate should possess excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Experience in HRMS is an added advantage.
REMUNERATION
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
