Responsibilities: - Execute full spectrum of Human Resources duties, including recruitment and staffing, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, etc.;
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies to cope with the Companyˇ¦s rapid development;
- Assist in HRIS implementation;
- Act as a REGIONAL role to supervise / support other offices (including Singapore, India, Vietnam, Macau, PRC and Middle East);
- Assist new overseas offices HR system setup;
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements: - Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related discipline;
- Minimum eight years of HR experience gained in multinational companies plus two years supervisory experience, preferably in the professional service industry;
- Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
- Soild experience in using HRIS and handling payroll and staff benefits independently is a must;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Fast-learner, self starter, flexible and cheerful;
- Applicants who are available immediately are given priority.
