Senior Merchandiser - Knitted Items

The candidate should be hard working, possess a keen eye for detail and be a strong negotiator with suppliers, buyers and other stakeholders. Candidates with excellent offshore sourcing experience in knitwear, in some or all of the following locations are highly regarded; India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Korea, China, Thailand, Indonesia.

You must be a fluent communicator in spoken English and Chinese and effectively manage a small team of merchandisers in the pursuit of quality and pricing excellence.

Candidates who are currently or have extensive experience working in a sourcing office environment are highly desired. Exposure to European markets a definate advantage.
