Successful applicants should have 1 - 3 years experience in recruitment, with good candidate and client management skills, business development abilities and a strong local network. Your industry experience is less important, but you should have a solid track record of recruiting for the either the Banking (back and middle office); Finance (commerce) or IT&T (either banking or non-banking) functions. Specific responsibilities will include:
Business development Candidate sourcing, qualification and management Client management Revenue generation You should be competitive, goal-oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively in English. You must have some experience in recruitment, including client relationship management and business development.
