Committed to improving the quality of life, this dynamic MNC Company has established their presence in Asia Pacific region in the recent ten years. With the dynamic changes, the firm is seeking a very energetic, and highly capable independent contributor to take on a Controller role (senior analyst function) in the Controlling/Planning team immediately.

Working independently in a lean/matrix team environment based in Hong Kong, you will report to a Controlling Team Head and take care of, but not being limited to the below listed activities:

• Reporting – provide reports on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis of the Asia Pacific and Hong Kong regions to International Headquarters in overseas
• Budgeting, forecasting, planning and controlling for HK business entity
• Support Managing Director of Hong Kong business and answering/providing solution of all financial questions
• Report the inventory, receivable development and overhead of the companies and subsidiaries in the Asia Pacific region
• Analyze the data and product groups’ performance
• Prepare reports and summaries on the profitability development of the region and subsidiaries
• Support forecasts and budgets for cost centers in the Asia Pacific regional office/entity
• Prepare presentations for the regional management team and take on other ad-hoc assignments

To be considered, you will demonstrate the following required skills, competencies and attributes

• University degree holder from an internationally recognized university; a qualified accountant - CA/CPA qualifications preferred
• Only 6 to 10 years of commercial accounting/finance working experience will be required, including at least 5 years of proven MNC exposure covering overhead, inventory controlling, budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis, local and regional office reporting works
• A very hands-on and independent contributor (with prior experience of taking on an IC role) with huge flexibility and self motivation
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English and Chinese written and verbal skills including good Mandarin
• SAP experience preferred
• A good team player that has maturity to take care of changes and ambiguity or complexity when needed
• A pleasant professional with good personality and appreciation of routine and overtime when needed
