TRADE SUPPORT ANALYST, INTERNATIONAL BANK Job Reference number: CP/VXL143342
Our client is one of the most prestigious banks in the financial industry with a strong global branding and exceptional presence in the Asia Pacific region. Due to an increase in business volume, they are currently looking to recruit a high calibre candidate to join their trade support team.
Reporting to the team leader, you have to ensure timely and accurate booking of all necessary trade-related data into their systems. You will ensure that the front to back office systems are reconciled, processed and monitor confirmation statuses. In addition, you will liaise closely with operations staff to resolve failed trades and breaks.
To qualify, the individuals must possess:
A university degree in Finance, Economics or any other relevant discipline
2 to 3 years of working experience gained within another Investment Bank or Big 4 accountancy firm
Previous experience in derivative products would be an advantage
Good understanding of Front to Back operations flow
Effective communication skills to interface with traders and is able to work under pressure
Strong analytical skills encompasses with an detailed oriented mindset
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, Excel Macros would be preferred
