GENERAL MANAGER, SALES & MARKETING Job Reference number: CP/CCA143322
Our client provides integrated marketing services to retailers throughout the region. With business expansion, an opportunity exists for a strong sales and marketing individual to join the team as General Manager for one of their business units.
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Group General Manager, you will oversee the performance and growth of the assigned business unit. As unit head, you will are responsible for profit and loss and the management of major accounts and development of new business opportunities. You will lead a client service team to achieve revenue targets and identify value added services and products. Additionally, you will be in charge of customer service, operations and warehousing to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
10+ years of sales and marketing experience in FMCG
Min 3 years of management experience gained in a service oriented industry
Strong knowledge of retail business and operations
Ambition, a results driven mindset and a desire for to be a business owner
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Degree in business or related discipline
