CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE, CORPORATE BANKING Job Reference number: CP/VXL143222
Our client is a global bank with multiple businesses to offer an array of service and products to their individual and institutional clients. Recognising an increase in business volumes, our client is keen to find a high calibre customer services professional to join their team.
You will be working closely with the business to enhance existing client relationships by acting as their single point of contact on daily transactional issues and enquires. You will have to proactively review client's accounts to ensure that their needs have been achieved. In addition to fostering external client relationships, you will have to work with internal counterparts to facilitate smooth working processes to strengthen service levels. Lastly, you will help identify any gaps and provide recommendations to improve service processes.
To qualify, the individuals must possess:
6 years of relevant experience gained within another client servicing function
Strong background in Global and/or Local custody
Well versed in securities products
Proven ability and confidence in handling individuals at different levels of seniority
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in both English and Cantonese
