Our client is a leading bank which has a strong presence in the Asia Pacific region. The Bank is now looking to recruit a dynamic credit professional to be based in Hong Kong, who can add value to the Credity Risk Management.
You will be responsible for credit coverage of a portfolio of Financial Institutions across Asia Pacific. The research component will involve analysis of financial statements, conducting on-site due diligence and maintaining a solid understanding of the financial services sector. You will be a regular participant in the firm's credit committee process, including regular presentations of your portfolio. You will also be directly involved in transaction analysis and contribute to approval decisions.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
University degree in finance or accounting
At least 3 years of experience in credit assessment on bank or financial institutions
Strong quantitative/analytical skills
Good understanding of credit risk factors and strong sense of risk management
Track record in reviewing the credit worthiness of financial institutions
Ability and experiences to perform credit analysis in Chinese
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and preferably Putonghua
