Our client is a market leader and the provider of a full range of financial services. They are looking for a Roadshow Coordinator to join the team in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Manager, you will manage a variety of events with responsibilities for project planning, implementation and logistics. You will negotiate with vendors for the best terms and ensure events are executed within budget. Responsibilities will also include communicating with research analysts and management to assess their needs and ensure events deliver on business objectives.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Minimum 3 years of solid experience in planning and organising events
Background from financial services industry highly preferred
Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Good team player and ability to work independently
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
