Our client is a leading US-based Investment Bank with an established global presence. With an continual commitment to the Asia Pacific region, an exceptional opportunity has risen for an high calibre documentation professional to join their team.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the verification of structured equity derivative products, drafting documentation, setting up and maintaining standardized templates for new products. You will monitor work flow ensuring verification and confirmations are prioritised accordingly and resolve any queries and exceptions. Additionally you will be working closely with legal, trading, sales and various internal teams on trade related issues.
To qualify, the individuals must possess:
- A university degree specializing in Finance, Economics or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in drafting confirmations, derivative drafting or negotiation under ISDA definitions
- Good knowledge in equity derivatives or other structured products
- Candidates with legal background or experience in a paralegal function specializing in derivatives products will also be considered
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English
