Our client is a leading Regional Retail & Commercial Bank with a well-established branch network in Hong Kong. Due to continual growth, they now seek an experienced Team Leader for the Performance Management team.
Reporting to the local CFO, you will lead a team of experienced accountants and analysts on budgeting, financial planning, performance analysis and financial MIS production. You will provide business analytics on the overall bank, individual business unit and segment and make recommendations to management. Working closely with business and support units, you will provide assistance to develop and monitor balanced scorecards / KPIs as well as to escalate areas requiring attention and actions. In addition, you will have involvement in capital planning, funding management, cost management, capital allocation and balance sheet management.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- A university degree, ideally with a professional accounting qualification or MBA
- Minimum 10 years experience in Performance Management, Business Finance, Treasury or Management Accounting gained from Retail and / or Commercial Banking
- Strong knowledge on Profitability and Performance measurements
- Experience in leading system implementation would be highly advantageous
- Proven team management skills
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
