Famous chain restaurant is looking for a Leasing Manager!

Our client, a famous chain restaurant is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as a Leasing Manager (Ref: SCMP 730).

Your job duties:

• Assist the development of the company in developing new stores in Hong Kong and PRC

• Be responsible for chain store leasing & market expansion plan

• Negotiate with landlords and property agents, handle leasing & tenancy agreements independently

• Prepare feasibility analysis and investment plan

Requirements:

• Degree holder

• Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin with good command of English

• At least 6 years relevant experience

• Excellent negotiation and presentation skill

• Willing to travel occasionally
