Responsibilities: - Implement staff training and development strategies in pursuit of company¡¦s business excellence;
- Execute all training and development strategies and programs and ensure the effectiveness in meeting the actual business and employees¡¦ needs;
- Provide full support for the implementation of the Company cultural change projects;
- Technical know-how to conduct e-learning programs for corporate training purpose.
Requirements: - University Degree in Training or related disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in staff training and development program management;
- Prior experience in working with IT focused companies or multinational corporations is preferred;
- Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Chinese WP, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Demonstrate high level of commercial acumen, good analytical and interpersonal skills as well as communication skill;
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
